“IOSZIA” Informatics Training Service and Informatics Applying Ltd. led by Fülöp Henrik is bound to digital knowledge of writing and informatics training since its foundation. Besides it pays special attention to searching for talented young people and supporting them. These were the main aspects for Fülöp Henrik and his team to organize the first time in 2008 with the aim of creating a tradition the “Internet Media and Web Award Hungary” competition. As sponsors we succeeded to gain the domestic experts of information technology and informatics, also the big firms in leading position, who offered valuable prizes to the winners. The total value of them is over several million forints.

The main aims of the competition are:
- Confidental education (the transmittion of the real values of the Internet for the new generation)
- The acknowledgement of the correct aims (developing the skill to recognize relavant information during ellaborating the pile of data attaching to realization of the idea)
- Showing the way towards confidental further development (mentoring the skills and knowledge measured during the competition, assuring the possibility in the interest of further development).

Primary schools and their pupils could enter the competition without paying entering fee, as one of the aims is to make it possible for the talented young people to have themselves measured. The competition has non-profit system, and we offer the sum which remains after the organiztion and realization of the competition to mentor and sponsor the young talents appearing during the competition to help their development (knowledge economization).

The applications were judged by objective experts, which is good possibility for the applicants to measure their knowledge and in what areas they still have to develop.
Internet and different media applications have almost unforseen possibilities in the area of culture, education and training. Our aim is to call the attention to these possibilities, which because of their effectiveness make it easier to learn some discipline and the realization of its basic connections. Computer and Internet became the parts of our everyday life, but we have to help the young people to that how they can create values there and to find the way in this unmeasurable pile of data.

With the development of computer applications, and using more and more, better and better effects we can also present processes which can be hardly understood, and that helps to understand and learn the material.

We want to touch the most fields of interest which is possible so we ensured the possibility for starting to
- educational institutions
- self-governments
- firms, companies
- homepage designers, grafical artists
- nonprofit organizations
- private persons

This competition emerged the informatics blood circulation of the whole country.
It is possible to enter into the following categories:

1. Education
2. Business
3. Nonprofit
4. Self-governments, culture houses
5. Arts

In the media category one entered not only with advertisment- sports and animation but also with short films about interesting themes.
One could enter only with current homepage or with own work which provides programming.
One could not enter with such work, the content of which is not proper for generally accepted human norms and legal requirements.

We disclosed the applications which:
- contained claims, pictures, voice material that hurt racial, regional or minority rights, feelings or other ones creating hate,
- which are in connection with sex, pornography
- which refer to hacker, warez or cracker activity
- which deal with aggressive or political sessions
- which are about humiliating people or animals.

It is basic that the pictures, audio and video files, the texts used have to be of own possession, and have to have licence referring usage. The application cannot hurt editorial rights and licences.
The expert jury judged the application on this basis of the following aspects:
- Appearance
- Content
- Functionality
- Usability
- Referring to standards (Cross-browser compatibility)

The numerous internet users also could tell opinion about the entered applications. On the basis of their votes there were Audience Prize and Professional Prizes given by the jury. The jury consisted of highly qualified experts delegated by the supporters and partners.

Summarizing we can state that the competition was successful in both 2008 and 2009. There were several hundreds of applications arrived, and nearly 5000 registered on the homepage of the competition. From them were chosen those who could take part in the ceremony were the prizes were given combined with professional conference, where the partners presented their developments and innovations in connection with the usage of internet, digital writing and e-learning.
The 2009 year competition is over but Fülöp Henrik already thinks of the future and with the help of the experiences gained during the 2 years he is searching for new possibilities and is organizing the competition of year 2010.
